This year’s conference, at the Belfry near Birmingham on 4-5 October, will once again aim to equip you with the ideas, tools and motivation to help you to realise the true value in your law firm within an ever changing external environment.
We will look at what is happening within the UK market place that will have an impact on law firms like yours and will also hear about how law firms in the US have responded to changes in their environment. Alongside this we will not ignore some of the practical factors that are impacting on you at the moment and will take some time during the programme to consider the impact of regulatory changes.
As ever we will hear from some of our members about the challenges that they have faced and how they are overcoming them and will offer a selection of workshops so that you can make sure that the time that you spend at our conference is spent listening to the things that matter to you. Finally, we have invited a guest from the dental profession to share with us all how they adapted to changes in legislation and market forces some years ago, and have subsequently gone on to grow from strength to strength.

At the end of an information-packed day there will be the opportunity to unwind at the Gala Dinner and Award ceremony.
