360 Law Services, the SRA England & Wales regulated law firm and a pioneer in legal technology, has expanded its AI-powered Contract Review Service to small and medium-sized law firms across the UK. Already trusted by corporate clients, the service is now available to SME solicitor practices giving them cost-effective access to advanced AI tools that boost capacity, improve consistency and preserve the high-quality advice their clients expect.

As legal practices face mounting pressures from rapid turnaround times to increasingly complex compliance requirements, small and mid-sized firms are often stretched thin. 360 Law Services’ AI Contract Review Service delivers a scalable, secure, and solicitor-centric solution that allows firms to manage greater workloads without expanding headcount or compromising quality.

Robert Taylor, CEO and General Counsel of 360 Law Services says, “We’re delighted to expand this service and enable firms to modernise at their own pace, starting with one contract at a time. We’re giving smaller firms the same level of AI-powered efficiency enjoyed by large in-house legal teams and competitors without the overhead.

“The platform enables solicitors to deliver efficient, high-quality legal reviews whilst helping them to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and protect client relationships, all while preserving the human judgement that lies at the heart of good legal advice.”

The service operates entirely behind the scenes. Firms retain full ownership of the client relationship, with no direct or indirect contact between 360 Law Services and the end client. All matters are handled under strict confidentiality, governed by clear contractual boundaries.

The AI Contract Review Service is built around real-world workflows. Contracts are securely uploaded via 360’s LawLink portal or integrated directly with tools like Microsoft Word or the firm’s case management system. Once uploaded, 360’s proprietary AI engine reviews each document against a customisable playbook tailored to the firm’s or client’s risk preferences, legal policies, and commercial standards.

The platform uses a Red/Amber/Green (RAG) analysis to flag risks, deviations, and areas for scrutiny, supplemented with pre-approved alternative clauses to streamline redrafting.

The service spans three core legal disciplines, with growing functionality across additional contract types and industries:

  • Commercial Contracts– Includes Supply Agreements, Software Licences, Consultancy Agreements, NDAs, Frameworks, Logistics, and more.
  • Corporate Law– Supports review of Share Purchase Agreements, Investment Documents, Founders’ Agreements and Joint Ventures.
  • Commercial Property – Encompasses Leases, Assignments, Development Agreements, Wayleaves, and related documents.

It also accommodates uploads of large-scale portfolios, tenders, banking documents, and compliance-heavy agreements.

Unlike many legal technology offerings, 360 Law Service’s AI Contract Review is designed with flexibility in mind. There are no minimum usage commitments or long-term contracts, and firms can pay per use or opt for plugin integration:

By example to review a Master Services Agreement – of any length:

  • £68.13 (excl VAT) per document for AI-only RAG review
  • £77.40 (excl VAT) per document via Microsoft Word Plugin (with a £12.50/month subscription per user)

** Discounts are given for volume.

The Word Plugin further enhances drafting consistency by providing clause suggestions directly within the familiar Microsoft Word interface.

360 Law Services offers tailored demos to show how the platform fits into existing workflows, enhances solicitor productivity, and improves client service.  To learn more please visit https://vimeo.com/1065037389/7ba362f6a1
