360 Law Services, the SRA-regulated arm of 360 Law Group, announces a significant milestone in its growth journey with the appointment of its 100th consultant solicitor, Rachel Watts. Rachel joins with over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial property law.
Operating across England and Wales, 360 Law Services offers expert legal services in all areas of law except criminal law. As one of the first SRA-regulated legal organisations to operate exclusively through a consultancy model, the firm works only with highly experienced legal professionals, each with a minimum of five years post-qualification experience. Currently, the average consultant solicitor at 360 Law Services has 15 years of legal expertise.
Robert Taylor, CEO and General Counsel of 360 Law Services, says, “This is a major achievement for our company, and we’re delighted to welcome Rachel to the team. She is a very accomplished solicitor and a fantastic addition to our growing network.”
Rachel Watts shares her perspective on joining 360 Law Services:
“I’ve worked for several other consultancy-based firms, and 360’s approach is truly unique. Most importantly, it feels like I’ve joined a genuine family business.
“Other firms with a consultancy structure have felt impersonal, almost as if they’d taken on more consultants than they could support. At 360, it’s the opposite. They’ve built a practice that genuinely empowers their solicitors with cutting-edge cloud-based systems they’ve developed in-house. The onboarding process was both smooth and personal and there’s always support available when needed.
“The Fee Share Arrangement is particularly attractive. It doesn’t reset after 12 months like some other firms, so if I have a strong year, I keep my higher percentage. For clients I introduce, the share starts at 75% and can rise to 85% for higher volumes. For work assigned to me, I start at 70% and can earn up to 80%. I also benefit from a 10% share if I refer clients whose work is handled by other consultants.
“Finally, their approach to professional indemnity insurance (PII) is refreshing. Unlike contracts I’ve seen elsewhere, 360 avoids open-ended clauses, giving me real peace of mind for the future.”
The appointment of Rachel Watts underscores 360 Law Services’ commitment to attracting high-calibre legal professionals by offering a supportive, transparent, and rewarding environment for consultant solicitors.
