Anthony Gahan, Chairman, 360 Law Group
International tech-driven law firm 360 Law Group [1] has appointed investment banking specialist Anthony Gahan as its new chairman. Gahan will play a key role in accelerating the company’s global expansion by connecting the firm with international clients and investors.
With more than 35 years of experience in investment banking and business, Gahan has advised on major M&A, equity and debt transactions. He is co-founder of Wyvern Partners, a London-based investment banking advisory firm, and previously held senior executive and board positions at Lehman Brothers and Robert Fleming & Co. In addition, he serves as an Executive Fellow at King’s Business School, King’s College London, where he leads the Private Equity Module.
Gahan joins Robert Taylor, CEO and founder of 360 Law Group, on the board of directors, alongside Martin Flick, recently appointed Director of Strategy. Flick’s deep expertise in software, telecommunications, and technology will help guide the company’s strategic direction and expansion.
