- Contract structure and key obligations
- Office and supervision standards
- Duty solicitor accreditation and rota rules
- Use of agents and designated fee earners; and instructing advocates
- Digital compliance
- Managing audits, KPIs, and contract variations – including the initial Contract Manager visit which usually takes place within 3 months or so of the Contract start date
- Legal Aid Applications and Billing
- Where to find all the relevant guidance and useful LAA contact information.
