The abolition of referral fees is “dramatically reshaping” the online personal injury (PI) market, with legal brands pushing out claims management companies, according to major new research seen exclusively by Legal Futures.
The UK’s leading software company VTUK has announced that online ordering platform ETSOS is to be integrated into a one-stop solution software package for estate agents, Aquarius.
Just eight personal injury brands dominate the web searches of potential clients, with national law firm Irwin Mitchell leading the way, new research has found. The report also found social media strategies “massively under-developed within the legal services sector”.
To mark its second birthday, online search provider and conveyancing technology specialist, ETSOS, has reported a slump-busting start to 2012, with search volumes up by 107% compared to the same period in 2011. The jump in figures is partly attributable to increased user numbers – but also partly to the ‘one click’ search facility offered by the ETSOS system.
