Bevan Brittan LLP profile:
Bevan Brittan provides practical, high quality and commercially relevant legal advice to public, private and third sector organisations. Reflecting the nationwide location of Bevan Brittan’s clients and markets, our experience includes working across central and local government, NHS commissioning and provider organisations, 40 housing associations and over 100 private sector companies.
We are passionate about the markets we choose to work in and strive to deliver the best advice and solutions to our clients. We offer a full range of services including: litigation and employment; property and construction; contract and governance; EU procurement and state aid; infrastructure and regeneration projects. However, providing top quality legal advice is only the starting point in any relationship.
For that advice to be of maximum value – it needs to be based on a deep understanding of the client’s business, culture, objectives and concerns. Our aim is to be our clients’ “best adviser” in all these respects as well as in terms of the legal advice we give. Bevan Brittan strive for this level because we know our clients are working in an environment of greater transparency and accountability and that ever increasing expectations are being placed upon them. That is why our clients do not need to explain themselves to us over and over again – we get it.
