The Co-operative Legal Services (CLS) has launched a comprehensive, one-call accident management service for brokers and insurers.
The new service highlights the way that non-legal brands can pull together a range of services, of which legal help is just one part, to offer consumers a full package that lawyers willl struggle to match.
CLS aims to offer the full range of assistance needed to get motorists mobile and claims resolved following a road traffic accident. With one call, it said it will take responsibility for all the appropriate services, including: at-scene assistance and recovery; replacement vehicle provision; underwriter notification and liaison; repair management; salvage solution; claims management; legal expenses insurance; and online repair tracking
