September 2013: PI Futures – Making profit post-LASPO

This conference examined the new realities of the legal life with those experienced in the PI market. A variety of business models after the referral fee ban, the reality of funding PI claims and ABSs of the future were explored as well as hearing how legal process outsourcing could be a possibility brought into focus by the reduction in portal fees. Over the last two years, all of the major figures in the post-Legal Services Act world have appeared at Legal Futures’ ground-breaking conferences on change and innovation in the legal sector.
