This conference highlighted the benefits and pitfalls of the various ways of operating online. As Legal Futures’ first digital event, it was a clear reflection of how the nature of legal marketing, and legal services more broadly, is changing. But while legal businesses are become more sophisticated, we are still in the early days of legal advice being delivered online.
