Tikit invests in its sales function with ex-Workshare hire

A part_of [1]In order to deal with growing client demand Tikit [2] expands its sales function with the appointment of former Workshare employee Sam Oakman.

“I am very excited to be joining an organisation like Tikit” said Sam. “They are well respected and have such a long standing presence in the legal sector.”

Sam has previously managed law firms and other professional services firms at document comparison vendor, Workshare. Sam was responsible for some of Workshare’s most valuable clients as well as leading on projects entering new vertical markets and businesses.

Sam is joining the Tikit team as an account director and will be working with large to mid-sized law firms to increase the value they derive from Tikit’s products.

This is part of a wider business strategy that aims to place Tikit as the preferred IT and communications strategic partner for law firms. The strategy will focus on highlighting the benefits of its own IP in 2016/17 demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service.

Lloyd Ellison, director of account management, EMEA at Tikit said that Sam’s appointment is all about “retaining and building upon Tikit’s focus on the legal sector and drive our entry into new markets.”

He went on to say that “with Sam’s previous experience, we are confident and excited that he will be integral to moving this strategy forward in the coming year.”
