SearchFlow announces series of webinars for 2015

Searchflow200x [1]A new series of webinars has been launched by SearchFlow [2] to ensure lawyers and conveyancers have access to the latest information and due diligence requirements. The online training programmes are free of change and available for all to attend.

The one-hour webinars* cover a range of topics, including managing flood risk in property transactions and subsidence risk in property transactions.

“We know from our latest Conveyancer Sentiment Survey that around a third of conveyancers [36%] are concerned about client satisfaction and retention,” explains John Pickford, managing director of SearchFlow. “Investing in training ensures that conveyancers are up-to-date with compliance and due diligence requirements, and are therefore capable of offering their clients exactly what they need. The webinars were created to make it easier for lawyers and conveyancers to get the information they need in a convenient and flexible way.”

The courses will be led by Steve Johnson, national account manager at Landmark, the supplier of property related environmental risk information and digital mapping. Steve has 10 years experience working at Landmark and was part of the pioneering team that built the data which now sits at the core of Landmark environmental searches. He also provides legal firms with training on ongoing environmental topics.
