Searchflow200Conveyancers who use Ochresoft’s leading Case Management System (CMS) will now be able to adopt a more streamlined search ordering process thanks to the launch of OchreSearch.

Powered by SearchFlow, OchreSearch is an innovative solution which offers a faster, more convenient conveyancing process, and enables lawyers to request their searches directly from within Ochresoft’s leading Case Management System, Intelliworks.

OchreSearch is the joint brainchild of technology and software provider, Ochresoft and SearchFlow, which offers multiple conveyancing solutions. The tool also features Landmark’s revolutionary hazard relevancy tools, meaning conveyancers can be assured that relevant searches will be automatically selected for residential property transactions.

The search tool within the CMS means lawyers can implement a joined-up process in a single system making a previously laborious task easier, quicker and more consistent.

“Our partnership with Ochresoft provides customers with a simple and convenient method of ordering searches while helping manage potential risk. It will enable conveyancers to order up-to-date, relevant and accurate searches that they and their clients can trust,” explains Greg Bryce, managing director at SearchFlow.

“We joined forces with Ochresoft because we know they provide market leading conveyancing workflows and they are as passionate about technical innovation as we are.

“This new venture is another way we help firms equip their property teams with the best tools available, ensuring the day-to-day running of a conveyancing transaction is quicker, more convenient and enjoys better efficiencies.

“The more efficient the conveyancing team can be the more clients they can help which will ultimately drive customer service, greater success and improved profitability.”

Ochresoft’s business development director, Pauline Freegard adds, “This is a very big moment for us as it represents the fruits of a strategy which we believe will change how conveyancing teams function in the future. OchreSearch is just the starting point of a broader effort to allow conveyancers to take back control of their work – and their lives – by giving them the tools that will accelerate and simplify every task, whilst safeguarding quality and compliance.”

Freegard continues “SearchFlow are renowned for continuously striving to improve customer service and experience. This is proved through their latest Net Promoter Score (NPS), a key measure of customer satisfaction measured by asking customers how likely they are to recommend on a scale of 1-10.

“Their NPS currently stands at a healthy 63% which compares with scores of well-known service brands like Amazon and Apple”.

OchreSearch launches with a limited offer of no up-front capital costs for new customers and a 50 percent reduction in case fees for existing customers.  For further information, contact Simon Wood via the following email address:
