Saunderson House200The following bulletin outlines the wealth accumulation balanced model portfolio for 1, 3, 5 and 10 years to the end of March 2015.

Ten years ago Saunderson House documented their investment process and began to measure its effectiveness through the monitoring of model portfolio returns. They now have 10 years of model portfolio data and believe that the performance achieved over this time is testament to the simplicity, as well as the rigour and resilience of their investment approach.

Sacrifice one to achieve the other is the common perception – but should we really see these elements as mutually exclusive? According to the Chancellor’s Autumn Statement, the UK lags behind the US and Germany by some 30 percentage points when it comes to productivity, meaning a German worker takes four days to produce what a British worker does in five.
