The Excellence Awards is the most prestigious event in the legal calendar, offering a chance to network with law’s brightest stars and celebrate a year of outstanding achievements.
Riliance was invited to sponsor the award following the release of its free to use online Diversity Survey module, which allows firms to survey their employees and report data back to the Solicitors Regulation Authority as part of the annual required diversity survey of the legal profession.
Riliance now has over 1,200 firms using the survey system, ranging from the very smallest to global and top 20 firms, giving over 68,000 employees the ability to complete the survey; many of these firms are also members of the Law Society’s Diversity and Inclusion Charter and the survey system allows them to report data as part of the Charter requirements.
The Diversity Survey module now forms part of the range of compliance software solutions offered by Riliance and more products are due to be released in 2014. Version 2 of the core Riliance risk and compliance system is due to be released in November 2013 and will offer users enhanced task management and reporting tools as well as a fresher looking interface.
