Martin MacDuff, Managing Director of Redbrick Solutions comments “As leading innovators it is crucial that our case management solutions continue to evolve, for the benefit of our clients, whom we continue to assist in working in the most efficient way possible.  Our ethos is simple – we provide easy to use, modern and affordable legal case management solutions to successful law firms.”

Proactive law firms throughout the UK have chosen Redbrick Practice Management, either across the whole of the firm or in one specific department. Wherever it is used the benefits are reassuringly the same – matters are handled more efficiently throughout, from sending quotes to file opening, documents, legal forms, intelligent workflows and timely billing with accurate, business critical reporting.

Martin continues “We launched Redbrick Practice Management in 2009 and are already on v17, this clearly demonstrates our commitment to development and innovation, of which our clients’ feedback plays a crucial role.  We hold regular client workshops to gain feedback on development to date and to enable our clients to influence our future development plans.  We have already started work on version 18 which will be released in the next quarter and have some very exciting plans for the year ahead.”

Sharon Petford of Donn and Co Solicitors says “Choosing Redbrick Solutions has helped us ensure all files are being dealt with in the same consistent manner, it helps us deliver a high level of service to our clients and is great for managing risk.  We have recently added the Probate and LPA modules which deliver a higher level of transparency and consistency across the whole of our firm. Redbrick Solutions are brilliant to work with, the support and training they offer is really valuable and I would definitely recommend them to other firms.”

stand out from the crowd

The BSB have warned that “as social media and the internet become more prominent in our daily lives, there is an increasing need for barristers to be very careful about what they post whether in their professional or personal lives”. While inappropriate use of social media isn’t anything new, what struck me when reading that paragraph is that, for barristers, I would argue, there shouldn’t be a defining line between the personal and professional. As a barrister, you are your own USP, your personal brand is everything.
