OchreSoft homes in on fast-growing conveyancing team

Legal workflow specialist, OchreSoft [1], has announced details of its latest win in the conveyancing market. It has been appointed by fast-growing South Wales firm, Keith Evans & Co, to deliver its IntelliworksTM software across the nine-office practice.

It will roll out its end-to-end conveyancing solution comprising Cloud-based content-enabled workflows and Quotes module, with the Virtual Firm customer and referrer portal following shortly after the go-live date.

Having completed a number of acquisitions over the past year, Keith Evans & Co’s managing partner, Elliott Evans, was keen to deploy a new case management solution that would underpin ease of use, collaborative working and compliance:

“The challenge with any acquisition program is that you then need to bring organisationally and geographically disparate teams together quickly and effectively, with no disruption to client service.

“So I first needed a solution that allowed for rapid roll-out and gave us instant impact and immediate gains; I also wanted it to be very intuitive, very user-friendly so we got that early buy-in from across the enlarged firm; and I had to have a system that would support standards and consistency. It was essential that we created uniformity of working through our workflows and precedent bank, not just to promote better quality but to ensure full compliance.

“The real joy of Intelliworks for us is that it’s just there, ready to go pretty much out of the box, with content and updates automatically added in the background. It’s allowed us to be incredible agile in terms of developing a new way of working for our multiple conveyancing teams, something that would simply not have been open to us if we’d taken the protracted case management toolkit route. Given the usability, functionality, adaptability and affordability of an expert Cloud-based system such as Intelliworks, it’s hard to see why firms would opt for anything else.”
