Telephone answering specialist Moneypenny [1] has announced its latest partnership agreement – with legal software suppliers Linetime.
Based in Leeds, Linetime is perhaps best known for its product, Liberate, which provides firms with a legal practice management tool to support legal case activity, document and financial management, debt recovery and online case collaboration, with firms generally selecting which elements best support their own business needs.
Endorsed by the Law Society, Moneypenny, the UK market leader in outsourced call handling and receptionist services, is well known to the UK legal sector with its dedicated team now supporting more than 900 law firms of all sizes, either on an overflow or fully outsourced basis.
The new partnership agreement has been developed on the back of the realisation that the two companies had many clients in common says Kevin Bishop, Business Development Manager at Moneypenny: “Many Linetime clients already rely on Moneypenny for their telephone answering solution so by working together more closely, we will be offering customers old and new a more consultative approach, helping them work smarter and more competitively.
