Linetime’s case and practice management systems a front runner for Stanton Fisher Lawyers

LinetimeStanton Fisher Legal Limited, part of the Stanton Fisher group of companies is one of the UK’s largest financial claims specialists. The Group’s expansion plans included the provision of legal services through an Alternative Business Structure (ABS) with the advent of the Legal Services Act rather than having to outsource such activities. Driven by a desire to stand up for the consumer against corporate giants, enhance its efficient claims processing power and to provide a range of legal services, the Group successfully submitted an application to the Solicitors Regulation Authority for Stanton Fisher Legal Limited T/A Stanton Fisher Lawyers to be authorised as an ABS. In order to support the firm’s current and future planned business expansion Stanton Fisher Lawyers identified the need to implement a practice and case management system with a proven pedigree in supporting fast growing businesses. Alongside an efficient and proven practice and case management system another key function the firm sought to fulfil with any new system was to support the firm in meeting its regulatory requirements.

The firm were aware of Linetime’s Liberate solution but also went to the wider market to carry out comparisons with other systems. These comparisons helped Stanton Fisher Lawyers validate Liberate as the front runner in meeting the firm’s needs.

The Liberate practice management system will not only support the firm’s accounting and compliance functions with case management utilised to streamline the firm’s claims management handling.

In selecting systems Stanton Fisher Lawyers identified the need for a system that had a proven track record when it came to scalability. “We know of Linetime’s pedigree in supporting businesses handling large numbers of users and high volumes of cases. A key factor in selecting Liberate is the case management systems’ flexibility and its ability to ingest new cases from our front end web systems” says Olufunso Idowu Head of Legal Practice.
