We are delighted to announce the appointment of two new compliance associates; Stella Duncan and Janine Betts which brings the Legal Eye [2] team to a total of 22 consultants.
Stella is a highly experienced Business Development and Client Relationship Manager having worked for 14 years in the conveyancing department of a large practice of solicitors. She was instrumental in the firm becoming one of the first practices to achieve LEXCEL accreditation and CQS membership. Previously Stella worked for corporates such as Birmingham Midshires and Marks and Spencer Financial Services.
Stella brings to her role a working knowledge of compliance and a passionate customer service ethic gained from her extensive experience. Stella says “I am delighted to join the exceptional Legal Eye team, which gives me the opportunity to use my extensive knowledge and experience to help legal firms across the North.”
Cornwall-based Janine has worked in the legal property sector for the last 7 years. During this time Janine worked in various senior roles for the largest conveyancer in the UK through a period of challenging regulatory changes such as becoming the first Alternative Business Structure (ABS) and the introduction (and demise) of Home Information Packs. Further experience has been gained in panel management where lawyer relationship and compliance was key to her role.
