Laird began supplying interpreters and translators to their Principals back in 2013, and since then the department has gone from strength to strength. Supplying interpreters to attend court, medical appointments and witness statement appointments and arranging translation of documents into numerous languages.
Lairds existing structure as a high volume processing and efficient business whilst still offering excellent levels of customer service is why Laird Languages is developing a strong name in the industry. Due to the increase in instructions coming through, the department has hired another team member to ensure that the customer journey remains seamless. Claire has worked within the legal sector for over ten years and brings with her a wealth of customer service and legal experience.
