Conveyancers using Hoowla’s online platform to manage and progress their conveyancing matters can now shield themselves from the risk of vender conveyancer fraud with Lawyer Checker [2].
Lawyer Checker provides the purchase conveyancer with information on the vendor’s conveyancer in order to assess the risk associated with the transaction.
Hoowla implemented Lawyer Checker’s online service in such a way that it provides a consistent and integrated experience for users of Hoowla’s conveyancing platform. Checks can be performed without having to leave Hoowla with the results delivered immediately back into the case.
