Jures needs your help to highlight the pressures on small firms

Legal Futures Associate Jures, a research company and think-tank dedicated to the legal services market, has been commissioned by a leading legal publishing company to undertake a survey amongst small law firms (five partners or fewer) aimed at identifying the main survival issues affecting high street practices.

Jures would be most grateful if solicitors would take part in this survey, which should take no more than five minutes to complete and is available here.

All responses to the survey shall be treated in the strictest confidence. As an incentive for completing the survey, Jures is offering respondents a free webinar worth 2 CPD points. If you are interested in taking-up this offer, please e-mail Grania@jures.co.uk separately and once you have completed the online survey.

If you have any questions, please call Grania on 01372 469705.

Barbara Hamilton-Bruce lo res

Moves are afoot to examine whether will-writing, probate and estate administration should be re-classified as a reserved activity and brought within the sole preserve of the legal profession. The review is conducted amidst a background of concerns about the quality of advice being received by consumers, particularly by those outside of the ‘legal’ framework.
