[1]In response to the seismic changes that have hit the personal injury market over the past two years and the future challenges ahead, First4Lawyers [2] has launched an annual benchmarking survey to gauge how PI firms are responding.
The short survey can be completed here [3] in less than ten minutes and all answers are treated anonymously.
The survey seeks to draw a comprehensive picture of the market post-LASPO but also examine the wider impact of Alternative Business Structures and MedCo.
It also examines the impact of the changes on the clinical negligence market, examining how PI firms have approached entering the clinical negligence market and documenting the challenges they are facing.
The survey is open until 11th September and the results will be available on Legal Futures in the autumn.
