ARAG [1] celebrated at this week’s Eclipse Proclaim Personal Injury Awards 2012 after winning ‘Insurance Provider of the Year’.
The awards aim to “highlight and celebrate the excellence of individuals and organisations across the personal injury claims sector”. ARAG is therefore proud to accept the honour of this award after beating off tough competition from the other shortlisted candidates.
Entrants to the category had to demonstrate product development, innovation, client satisfaction and added value, and success in negotiation. Since winning the same title in 2009, ARAG has been working hard to ensure that it consistently provides exceptional customer service, develops product offerings to meet the needs of customers and stays ahead of the game with an innovative online policy administration system.
ARAG managing director Tony Buss said: “I am delighted that ARAG was awarded the title of best insurer at the prestigious ceremony held in London. We were successful against strong opposition and have firmly established ourselves as a leader in this field. The team at ARAG should be incredibly proud and despite some challenges ahead we will continue to strive for excellence for ourselves and our customers, maintaining an innovative and customer-focused approach.”
