Advanced Legal springs forward with further enhancements to ALB

AdvancedLegal200 [1]Advanced Legal (Advanced) today announces the latest version of ALB (2.3), its practice and case management system (PCMS) for legal firms. This version includes a range of new features designed to help solicitors respond to the needs of the market, to remain connected when out of the office and save time during the working day.

ALB 2.3 now offers enhanced integration with Microsoft Exchange enabling users to manage their ALB diary on any Exchange connected device such as a PC, mobile or tablet, enabling greater flexibility for working away from the office.

Other functionality includes the ability to preview document history, revalue work in progress and enhanced support desk integration. Document history preview enables users to search for documents, emails and images attached to a matter more efficiently without the need to open each one in turn, saving valuable time and providing a more intuitive solution. The ability to revalue work in progress, combined with a quick and easy way to uplift or discount time makes billing much more flexible and costs easier to manage.

Finally, ALB 2.3 now includes support desk integration, allowing users to log errors directly into Advanced Legal’s CRM system. This new functionality will allow Advanced Legal to help users more effectively and provide the best possible service to their customers.

Doug Hargrove, managing director, Advanced Legal, says: “The release of ALB 2.3 shows a continued commitment to ensuring our users receive the best possible experience with ALB, integrating with their working day and providing an intuitive and user friendly solution. The new features have been built as a direct response to our customers’ needs helping them meet the challenges of today’s legal market.”
