Advanced Legal secures 300th ALB deal

Lancashire based law firm, Watson Ramsbottom has announced its decision to implement Advanced Legal’s (Advanced’s) practice and case management (PCMS) solution, ALB. This makes the company the 300th firm to invest in ALB and establishes the software as the fastest growing PCMS in the market.

The six figure deal will see the firm replace its existing software with the more advanced ALB across its four offices in Blackburn, Accrington, Darwen and Great Harwood. Advanced’s support team will also enhance the firm’s IT infrastructure, modernising the practice and ALB’s customer portal will also improve interaction with clients.

ALB is a fully-integrated practice and case management system that is designed to help legal firms efficiently manage their clients, cases and documents. This implementation also includes the deployment of Advanced’s new Workflow toolkit, which will help improve the firm’s efficiencies and the Conveyancing Case app to enable automated processes throughout the practice. The firm will also use modules for Client Self Service, Marketing, and Wills and Deeds.

Stuart Maher, Director at Watson Ramsbottom, said: “We are looking forward to modernising our practice with ALB, which fits our needs perfectly.  As we look to improve client engagement, the automation that is provided by ALB will help us maximise efficiencies and ensure the customer has a first class experience.”

Doug Hargrove, Managing Director at Advanced Legal said:  “Watson Ramsbottom is the 300th firm to have joined our growing base of ALB customers.  ALB continues to be adopted at pace by the legal community and its popularity reflects the value it can deliver to its users.

“More and more legal practices are realising the benefits of deploying a fully-integrated PCMS and the release and take-up of Workflow for ALB will further enhance the value that clients can derive from their software as the ability to automate business processes becomes second nature.”

Advanced Legal, an Advanced Computer Software company, has secured more than 25 new ALB deals during the first three months of this year.
