Legal Futures equips those in the legal services market with the knowledge they need to thrive in the post-Legal Services Act world. The site, which is free to users, concentrates on the issues in a focused way like no other legal publication does. It is a content-rich site but there are clear synergies with commercial providers who want to reach the same audience of decision-makers and people interested in developing the legal market. Legal Futures is the place where the community interested in this topic meets.

Legal Futures is driven by authoritative journalism and has frequently broken important news stories ahead of other legal press. It is updated daily – encouraging readers to return regularly – which has led to its rapid rise in profile.

Site traffic
Legal Futures launched in April 2010 and has quickly gained an established following. In January 2012, the site received 22,000 unique visitors making 36,000 visits and 75,000 page views. There are more than 2,200 opt-in subscribers to the weekly newsletter, and over 4,400 Twitter followers, while updates are also distributed to 900 people on LinkedIn. In January 2011 Legal Futures was listed as one of the top 10 legal tweeters by The Times and in 2012 was named best European law blog by CLawBies.
